Snackgirls editorial note
Kirari: A meal stop that turns into a One Piece goods check is very easy to understand. The Elbaf-themed giant-set name also makes the campaign feel playful.
AIKO: The official page gives the start time, eligible menu route, goods lineups, kids-menu periods, and receipt-entry condition, so the practical visit information is clear.
Matsuya Foods’ official campaign page confirms that the Matsuya x TV anime One Piece collaboration starts on June 30, 2026 at 10:00 in Japan. The rollout covers collaboration meal sets, kids-menu bonuses, receipt-entry prizes, and an official X repost campaign.
The main hook is the Elbaf-themed meal set
The campaign centers on a “giant serving” set tied to the Elbaf arc and a One Piece set. Matsuya lists six eligible gyumeshi menu bases, with the collaboration set adding the campaign goods route.
For each collaboration set ordered, customers receive one original acrylic block chopstick rest. The lineup has 12 designs, and the item is distributed at random rather than by direct character selection.

Kids-menu goods are split into two campaign windows
The first kids-menu bonus window runs from June 30 at 10:00 to August 18 at 9:59, while supplies last. During this period, one kids-menu order comes with one random sticker with backing board from a 12-design lineup.
The second window runs from August 18 at 10:00 to October 6 at 9:59, again while supplies last. This phase switches the bonus to one random name charm from a 12-design lineup.

Receipt entries and X repost prizes add a second layer
Matsuya also lists a receipt-entry campaign for orders totaling 800 yen tax included or more. Eligible receipts, meal tickets, or web receipts can be photographed and submitted through the dedicated form.
There is also an official X follow-and-repost campaign. In short, this is a Japan store campaign that combines meal sets, random goods, receipt entries, and social media prizes, making it easy to check during an actual Matsuya visit.
