Spike Chunsoft has officially announced STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT Digital Deluxe Edition. The target platforms are Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Steam.

What the Digital Deluxe Edition includes
According to the official post, the package adds a digital art book, digital soundtrack, and the STEINS;GATE 15th LIVE – ONE WORLD – video with English subtitles alongside the main game. For fans, it feels more like an archive-style bundle than a simple game purchase.
It also includes STEINS;GATE Octet of Shifting Space. The official description says this title is based on the game originally released for Windows in 2011, and that this marks its first distribution on consoles and Steam.
What Octet adds to the package
Octet is built around the concept of “What if STEINS;GATE had been made like a 1980s PC adventure game?” Unlike modern visual novels that revolve around selecting choices, its core is a text parser system where players enter English commands.
The official post explains that the game supports both a software keyboard and USB keyboards. For fans, that makes it feel less like a simple bonus and more like receiving an experimental revival from the series alongside the main reboot.
