According to Polyphony Digital’s official announcement, Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.70 goes live on June 11, 2026. The core of the update is a set of new cars centered on endurance racing prototypes. The BMW M Hybrid V8 ’25, Ferrari 499P ’23, Peugeot 9X8 ’25, and Porsche 963 ’24 are joined by the Porsche 911 Turbo S Safety Car (992).
On the content side, the Café adds Extra Menu No.54 “Hybrid Prototypes”. Based on the official notice, the requirement is Collector Level 64 or above. World Circuits also gains five new events, including the European FR Challenge 550, Pickup Truck Race, and Gr.1 Prototype Series.
What returning players should check first
Because this patch is a free update rather than paid DLC, the first things to check are the garage and event routes, not payment details. If you like the Le Mans hypercar lineup, look first at the cost of acquiring the new cars and the Café menu requirement, then check whether the race events include the 24 Heures du Mans Racing Circuit.
