Red: That rapid run of matchups makes me want a controller in hand—I’m curious how much sharper the refined battle system will feel.
Kirari: I’d pause on Takashi Takeuchi’s White Len illustration. Holding it until the final shot gives the reveal a stage of its own.

The Japanese official site has set Thursday, April 22, 2027, as the release date for MELTY BLOOD: TWI-LUMINA. The accompanying trailer moves through a series of battles before ending on its main visual surprise: White Len, newly drawn by character designer Takashi Takeuchi.
Six platforms and a new Shiki-centered story
The game is confirmed for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Its official description promises a refined battle system, new characters, upgrades to the Type Lumina cast, and a new main story centered on Shiki Tohno and written by Kinoko Nasu.
Text support includes English, French, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Japanese is the listed full-audio language.
White Len takes the final frame
The release-date trailer shows battles involving Len, Shiki Tohno, Arcueid, and Ciel. After that run of combat, the final image belongs to White Len, presented in a newly drawn visual by Takashi Takeuchi. The reveal does not confirm that White Len is playable.
Storefront dates differ by one day
The official Japanese site lists April 22, while Steam currently displays April 21. Readers should check their own platform storefront closer to launch. No price has been announced on the official game page or Steam listing.
