One reservation, one visitor—and no saved QR images
The pop-up uses online reservations, with one time slot allowed per account and one visitor admitted per reservation. Slots may close early and reopen following cancellations.
Reservation eligibility depends on the country or region you access the service from: you must be at least 14 in Korea, 13 in the United States, or 16 in other regions.
For entry and purchases, open the live QR code on the app or web reservation page. Screenshots and saved QR images are not accepted. Depending on on-site conditions, visitors without reservations may be allowed to view the pop-up or take part in experiences, but they cannot purchase products.
Merchandise payments are accepted only by credit card, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay. Cash and QR-code payments are not accepted—the reservation QR code is for admission and purchase checks, not payment.
Plan for an early arrival and a one-hour visit
The pop-up is open daily from 11:00 to 20:00 KST, September 22–27, 2026, on the first floor of HYBE YONGSAN at 42 Hangang-daero, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. There is no parking in the building.
Wait in the outdoor area 10 minutes before your reserved slot. Arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show. Visits are limited to one hour, and you cannot re-enter after leaving.
Photo-card gifts and the signed-CD draw count purchases differently
For every 50,000 won spent on merchandise, excluding albums, visitors receive one random pop-up-exclusive instant photo card from eight types. The gift offer may end early.
Combined merchandise and album purchases of 100,000 won or more qualify for one entry in the signed-CD lucky draw. The draw is limited to one entry per person.
Separate receipts cannot be combined, and receipts cannot be split to gain additional event entries. Gifts are available only on the day of purchase.
