Beats unveiled the Beats 360 on September 22, 2026, with interchangeable cushions for both the ears and headband. The new wireless over-ear headphones also feature IPX4 sweat and water resistance, active noise cancellation (ANC), and a manufacturer-rated battery life of up to 32 hours.

Red IPX4 makes me curious about taking over-ears into a workout. I’d want to try a few movements first—sweat resistance doesn’t tell me whether they’ll stay put.
Nea I’m drawn to the replaceable headband cushion. For a pair I’d hope to keep using, being able to refresh the padding on top as well as around my ears is appealing.
Replaceable padding above your head, too
The cushion system extends beyond the ear pads to the padding on the headband. Color-matched Performance Knit cushions come included, and separate cushion kits are available.
SoundGuys lists six colors: Black, Navy, Cloud, Pink, Sky and Volt. Its launch report says orders opened on September 22 in more than 100 countries and regions, though it does not provide a country-by-country availability list. The official US price is $349.99.
A bigger ANC claim, with the comparison attached
Beats claims up to 1.75 times more total noise cancellation than Beats Studio Pro. That is the manufacturer’s comparison, not an independent measurement of how much quieter a commute or office will sound.
The headphones also include Transparency mode, Adaptive EQ and Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking. The 32-hour battery rating includes ANC and Personalized Spatial Audio; Beats also rates a five-minute USB-C charge for up to one hour of playback. Both figures are stated ratings, not results from our testing.
Sweat resistance without a waterproof promise
The IPX4 rating covers sweat and water resistance, but it does not mean the Beats 360 is waterproof or suitable for immersion. It also does not tell you how securely the headphones will stay in place during exercise.
Beats 360 supports Apple and Android devices. SoundGuys reports Bluetooth 5.3 and Android features including Fast Pair, Audio Switch and Find Hub. Support for both platforms should not be taken to mean every feature works identically on each, so check the features relevant to your phone before ordering.
