Snackgirls react
AIKO: I’m curious where a question might lead when the answer includes images and stories from the archives. One search could open up a few things I wouldn’t have thought to look for.
Nea: I’d like to try the simulated artist conversations. I wonder how they’ll tell the story behind a work.
Ask a question, see the art
The new conversational search accepts questions in everyday language and returns explanations alongside visuals and curated stories from partner archives. Google’s examples range from Caravaggio’s chiaroscuro to bento boxes.
The redesigned homepage brings short cultural stories, daily highlights and access to interactive features into one feed.
Try on historical fashion or talk with an artist
Chrono Look lets people virtually try on attire from different eras, showing the outfits through sketches and realistic renderings.

Dial-an-Artist offers simulated conversations with historical artists about their work. These are simulations, not conversations with the artists themselves.

City Guide adds 27 destinations
The expanded City Guide adds 27 destinations where users can explore cultural landmarks and real-time cultural events. The updated app is available to download or update through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
