LEGO has announced its first official Godzilla set, LEGO Ideas Godzilla (21375), for release on November 27, 2026. Based on Legendary’s Monsterverse design, the model gives the King of Monsters a substantial brick-built presence, right down to the scales and sweeping tail.

Snackgirls react
Kirari: I’d want to photograph it from a low angle, with the blue Heat Ray and those jagged back fins in the frame. That silhouette deserves a little camera experimenting.
Nea: I’d like to line up Godzilla’s foot with that matching footprint, then peer at Mothra above the tiny city. I suspect I’d linger over that little rooftop.
The upward Heat Ray pose reaches about 70 cm
At 5,363 pieces, this ages-18+ build is the largest LEGO Ideas model yet. With the included Heat Ray attached and Godzilla looking upward, the display measures approximately 70 cm high, 27 cm wide and 40 cm deep.
The tongue can be swapped for the blue Heat Ray element. The head, arms and hands can be adjusted to shape the pose, while textured skin and jagged blue dorsal fins give the silhouette its familiar Monsterverse look.
The set began as a LEGO Ideas submission by fan designer Matthew Esposito. His proposal reached 10,000 supporters before passing the review that led to an official set.

A matching footprint—and Mothra on the skyline
The US price is $449.99. In Japan, the set costs ¥69,980 including tax.
The accompanying purchase gift is LEGO Ideas Godzilla Logo and Footprint (40888), a 359-piece build for ages 18 and up. Its blue GODZILLA logo stands against a cityscape with Mothra perched on a building. The footprint matches the main model’s foot in size, and the logo and footprint can be displayed connected or separately.
The global announcement lists the gift for purchases of LEGO Ideas Godzilla through LEGO.com/Godzilla or LEGO Stores from November 27–30, 2026, while supplies last. Japan’s announcement instead gives a November 27 start at the official Japanese online store and LEGO Stores, with the promotion ending when supplies run out rather than on a stated November 30 deadline.
