Pokémon Scale World: from 30mm Larvitar to 125mm Mega Tyranitar

SNACK: 3-line summary

  • Japanese preorders for two new Pokémon Scale World Lumiose City sets began on November 6.
  • Choose between a four-figure Larvitar-to-Mega Tyranitar lineup and a separate Pure, Mega Scrafty and Aegislash trio.
  • Both sets are scheduled to ship in March 2027, with no guaranteed arrival date.

A 30mm Larvitar stands alongside a 125mm Mega Tyranitar in Bandai’s new Pokémon Scale World Lumiose City set. The approximately 1:20-scale range puts the size differences along Tyranitar’s evolutionary line on display, while a separate set brings together Pure, Mega Scrafty and Aegislash in Shield Forme from Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A.

Snackgirls react

Kirari: I’d put Larvitar right beside Mega Tyranitar for a photo. That little red belly next to the huge, spiky silhouette would make the size difference pop.

Nea: I’d like to read more about Pure’s role in Team MZ. An aspiring fashion designer who finds Pokémon battles difficult has my attention.

Four figures, from Larvitar through Mega Evolution

Pupitar and Tyranitar complete the four-figure lineup, standing approximately 60mm and 100mm tall respectively. In the product photographs, Tyranitar’s blue belly panel contrasts with Mega Tyranitar’s red chest and long, spreading spikes.

The set costs ¥8,690 including Japanese tax.

Pure joins the display with two Pokémon

The other set features Pure, an aspiring fashion designer who adventures with the protagonist as a member of Team MZ. Pokémon battles are not a strong point for the character.

Pure’s figure stands approximately 82mm tall, accompanied by a 55mm Mega Scrafty and an 85mm Aegislash in Shield Forme. This three-figure set costs ¥6,930 including Japanese tax.

March 2027 shipping for both sets

Japanese preorders began at Premium Bandai on November 6, 2026, at 1 p.m. JST. Both sets are scheduled to ship in March 2027; that shipping window is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Each set contains painted PVC and ABS figures plus one piece of soda-flavored gum. The photographs show product samples, so the finished figures and colors may differ.
