Snackgirls editor note
Red: This is the first lineup for a new brand, and the price, preorder date, and release month for all four items are locked in through the official pages. The simple image of Dragon Ball’s Hoipoi Capsules comes through immediately.
Kirari: The idea of a capsule turning into a bike or time machine is cute. Since it is a toy that can be displayed together with its small case, the first appeal is how fun it would look on a desk.
AIKO: For Korean readers, Korean retailers and Korean pricing have not yet been officially confirmed. The first numbers to note are July 1 preorders, 2,200 yen each, and a December-to-January release window.
TAMASHII NATIONS has revealed its new toy brand CHANGEARTS, and its first lineup features four Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z Hoipoi Capsule mecha items. The confirmed points are a transformation concept that changes from capsule to mecha, preorders beginning July 1, and a price of 2,200 yen each, making this light toy news for collectors who want something easy to collect or display on a desk.
The preorder details confirmed by the official pages
According to the official product pages, all four items open for preorders on July 1, 2026, and the Japanese suggested retail price is 2,200 yen each. Hoipoi Capsule No.9 Bulma’s Bike and No.1 Capsule House are scheduled for release in December 2026.
Hoipoi Capsule No.433 Trunks’s Time Machine and No.576 Bulma’s Plane are listed for release in January 2027. For Korean readers, Korean retailers and Korean pricing have not yet been officially confirmed, so it is worth checking domestic and overseas shop terms separately before buying.
The transforming-toy direction shown by CHANGEARTS
As the name suggests, CHANGEARTS is a line that pushes transformation engineering as the core fun of the toy. These four Dragon Ball items use the image of Hoipoi Capsules from the series and put the feeling of taking a mecha out of a capsule-style case and transforming it front and center.
Each product set includes the main unit and a Hoipoi Capsule-style case. Compared with large-scale figures, the price and space burden are lower, and the collection flow is strongly built around lining up multiple mecha in the same format.
Key differences to check among the four items
Bulma’s Bike and Capsule House lean strongly into the everyday mecha imagery from the early part of the original story, while Trunks’s Time Machine and Bulma’s Plane are items that evoke scenes from the Dragon Ball Z side. All four share the same price range, but the release months are split between two items in December 2026 and two items in January 2027.
For readers who like Dragon Ball mecha, collect small transforming toys, or want display goods for a desk, this first CHANGEARTS lineup is worth an early look. However, collecting all four at once totals 8,800 yen at the Japanese list price, so it is also worth deciding whether to choose only the mecha you need or collect them like a set.
