Kirari: Those blue wings make me want to photograph it from the back, too. I’d want a shot that catches the whole silhouette.
Red: I’d want to try an airborne pose with the Aile Striker and beam rifle. How much shelf space would those spread wings need?
Blue wings frame the familiar Aile Strike silhouette
Bright blue wing panels stand out against white armor and dark navy sections, with smaller orange-red accents breaking up the cool palette. This is a special color edition of the existing METAL BUILD Aile Strike, which TAMASHII NATIONS describes as its first The Gundam Base-exclusive product.
Standing approximately 18 cm tall, it is a painted, articulated finished figure made from ABS, PVC and die-cast parts—not a Gunpla kit. The Aile Striker comes alongside a beam rifle, anti-beam shield and two beam sabers with effect parts, while a dedicated display stand and support parts are also included.
Four planned stores, with an earlier look on November 13
The price is ¥33,000 including tax. The four planned Japanese locations are THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO, THE GUNDAM BASE SHIBUYA, THE GUNDAM BASE FUKUOKA and THE GUNDAM BASE ANNEX in NEW CHITOSE AIRPORT. The store lineup is subject to change.
A gradual overseas rollout is also planned, with some regional exceptions. Specific markets and dates, including release details for South Korea, have not been announced.
For a look at the figure before its scheduled retail launch, its first public display is planned for TAMASHII NATION 2026, which opens on November 13.
