Snackgirls react
Red: I want to turn the Wild West Blacksmith’s windmill and watch the bellows, flames, and grinding wheel spring to life together. That is the kind of mechanism my hands immediately reach for.
Nea: Pumpkin Patch is the tempting smaller choice at $49.99, but I would still stop and consider saving room for one large display build.

The final model details for BrickLink Designer Program Series 9 are out, bringing together five fan-designed builds that range from a compact pumpkin patch to a 4,027-piece coastal village. US prices run from $49.99 to $349.99, while moving features give each model a character beyond its theme and size.

Five builds from 613 to 4,027 pieces

- Sleepy Dragon Inn 910070 — 3,121 pieces, $269.99
- Wild West Blacksmith 910071 — 2,533 pieces, $219.99
- Woodbrick Freight Depot 910072 — 2,252 pieces, $219.99

Windmills, cranes, and a dancing inn
Fisherman’s Village includes a rotating lighthouse lamp and 13 minifigures. Sleepy Dragon Inn has a side control that turns the chicken over the hearth and makes patrons dance as a bard performs. The windmill at Wild West Blacksmith drives its bellows, forge flames, and grinding wheel, while Woodbrick Freight Depot adds a working crane. Pumpkin Patch completes the lineup with the most pumpkins yet included in a BDP set.

How Series 9 crowdfunding works
Crowdfunding opens October 6 at 15:00 UTC and closes October 12 at 22:00 UTC, unless the available quantity is reached earlier. Each design needs at least 3,000 preorders to enter production, with capacity announced at up to 30,000 per model and dynamically allocated according to demand. Orders are routed through LEGO.com, and each household may order up to two copies of each set. South Korea is among the supported destinations. BrickLink’s timeline places production from March 2027, and shipping to Asia-Pacific regions may follow later than in other regions.
