Xbox will hold its Tokyo Game Show 2026 broadcast on September 17 with Misuzu Araki as host. Xbox says the show will include TGS-exclusive content, new gameplay and moments created specifically for the stage, though a complete reveal list has not been announced.
When and where to watch
The broadcast begins Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 p.m. JST, the same local time in Korea. It will be available through the official Tokyo Game Show YouTube channel, the U.S. and Japanese Xbox social channels, and Xbox Twitch. The Japanese and global Xbox YouTube streams will be available in 4K, while the global broadcast also lists ASL and English audio description. Korean captions are scheduled for after the broadcast, and the show will mix Japanese and English audio.
Two playable games on the show floor
Minecraft Dungeons II will make its first hands-on appearance in Japan. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 multiplayer will also be playable through partner Happinet.
A black cat takes the Tokyo crossing
The 2026 key art places Xbox’s familiar black cat at the center of a Tokyo crossing. Xbox says fans will later be able to help name it through social channels.
