RCA for analogue audio, digital outputs for an external DAC
The DP11 uses an internal Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC for its stereo RCA analogue output. Its coaxial, optical TOSLINK and AES/EBU outputs instead send digital audio to an external DAC. FiiO also describes using the DP11 as a preamplifier with active speakers or a power amplifier.
USB audio and CD ripping are separate jobs
The USB input lets the DP11 serve as a DAC for audio from a computer, phone or tablet. According to FiiO, it supports PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD256. A USB flash drive serves a different purpose: the DP11 can rip CDs to WAV files on it. FiiO has not specified the ripping speed.
October sales are planned for the US and EU
The reported sales window begins in October 2026 in the US and EU. A Korean or Japanese release has not been confirmed, so local availability remains an open question.
