Snackgirls react
Kirari: I’d love to frame all three silhouettes together in one photo. Then I’d give each its own shot, just to see how the composition changes.
Nea: I’d like to follow each heroine and her machine in the new anime, then compare the robot designs with these prototypes. I think I’d start with Hikaru and Rayearth.
Three machines and the heroines who pilot them
The new-version lineup brings together Hikaru Shidou’s Rayearth, Umi Ryuuzaki’s Ceres and Fuu Hououji’s Windam. Each machine is being developed as its own MODEROID kit.
Mecha Smile’s announcement says the new Magic Knight Rayearth anime is scheduled to begin airing in October 2026, giving fans an early look at the model lineup tied to that version of the series.

A prototype preview, with separate heroine products too
The exhibited robots are prototype models, not final painted production samples. Their appearance may change before production.
HOBBY Watch’s on-site report also mentions heroine and effect products that will be sold separately from the robot kits—not as included accessories.
