Japanese preorders opened on October 9, 2026 for the S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Volcancer & Kamen Rider Scissors Option Parts Set. The finished articulated collectible depicts Scissors’ contracted monster from Kamen Rider Ryuki—not a pair of figures. The Scissors figure shown alongside Volcancer in some product photos is sold separately.
Snackgirls react
Kirari: That gold body and broken-mirror base make me want to plan a whole shelf around them. I’d leave the silhouette plenty of room to breathe.
Red: I want to pose those huge claws mid-attack. If I add the separately sold Scissors, the monster’s getting the front spot.
Big claws, with joints built for attack poses
Tamashii Nations says it drew on footage and reference materials to sculpt Volcancer’s distinctive head and claw arms, with particular attention to the textured body surface and gold coloring. Its Shinkocchou Seihou approach bases the sculpt and articulation on an inferred skeleton and body structure.
Volcancer stands approximately 155 mm tall and is made from PVC and ABS. Inward movement at the hips and ankles is designed to help the figure take attack poses. The collectible is intended for ages 15 and up.
The base fits both; Scissors is a separate purchase
The box contains Volcancer, a broken card deck for Scissors, and a dedicated display base assembly. The card deck accessory is for use with the separately sold S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider Scissors figure.
The base takes its shape from a broken mirror and comes with a support. It is large enough to display Volcancer and Scissors together, giving collectors who add the rider room for a paired arrangement.
The Japanese listed price is ¥13,200 including tax, with shipping and handling charged separately. Shipment is planned for April 2027.
