Kirari: Those masked carnival outfits make me want to take a photo from canal level, with the bridge behind them. I’d have fun choosing where everyone stands.
Nea: I’m curious about the clock’s moving astronomical calendar. Then I’d like a closer look at how that little flower vase makes the piano play.
A gondola beneath the bridge, a moving calendar above
A luxury villa, an artisan glassblowing workshop and an astronomical clock tower line the canal, where a gondola can glide beneath an arched bridge. The 17 minifigures include gondoliers, musicians, tourists and two carnival-goers in elaborate masks and costumes.
The clock tower has another hands-on detail: turning a side knob moves its astronomical calendar. Roofs and floors lift away to reveal the interiors, and the diorama separates into two sections that can be rearranged.
Designed for ages 18 and up, the full display measures approximately 48 cm high, 64 cm wide and 33 cm deep—a footprint worth measuring against your shelf before building.
November access and a separate water-taxi gift
LEGO’s announcement sets November 1, 2026 for Insiders early access, with membership required and terms applying. General sales begin November 4, and the US list price is US$549.99.
The announced gift-with-purchase offer runs from November 1–8: buy Venetian Neighbourhood (11388) and receive Venetian Water Taxi (40898), while stocks last and subject to terms. This is a separate 322-piece set, not part of the neighbourhood’s 5,682 pieces.
The gift builds a water taxi and dock with captain and tourist minifigures and two pigeons. It can stand alone or join the neighbourhood; check local pricing and promotional terms before ordering.
