- The Wolf Among Us Remastered has been delayed on the original Nintendo Switch.
- PS5, Xbox and PC versions are still scheduled for October 29, 2026.
- Telltale has not announced a replacement date for Switch.
Switch players will have to wait longer for The Wolf Among Us Remastered, while the PS5, Xbox and PC releases remain on schedule for October 29, 2026. In its October 16 announcement, Telltale said the Nintendo Switch version needs more time.
The original Switch is the version affected
The delay concerns Nintendo Switch, not Nintendo Switch 2. Telltale says timing details are coming soon, but has not given the delayed version a new launch date.
Snackgirls react
Red: I wanted this one for handheld play. Having to put that Switch playthrough on hold without a new date is disappointing.
Nea: The black-and-white Noir Mode has my attention. I’m happy to wait; I’d like to see how that look changes the mood of the story.
The full five-episode story returns with Noir Mode
The remaster brings back the complete five-episode story with enhanced visuals and a modern presentation. An optional Noir Mode also lets players toggle a black-and-white look.
