Snackgirls react
Red I’d like to fold the earcups flat and see how the built-in dongle storage works. That’s the part I’d reach for first.
Nea I’d like to leave a game’s soundtrack playing while listening to something on my phone, especially when the music is too good to switch off.
Keep both connections playing
A USB dongle connects a compatible PC through 2.4 GHz Razer HyperSpeed Wireless, while Bluetooth 6.0 connects a compatible phone. Both audio streams can play simultaneously; the SmartSwitch button separately lets you cycle between connection modes.
For desk-based voice chat, the headset has a detachable Razer HyperClear Full Band boom microphone. Removing it automatically switches to the two internal beamforming microphones for calls without the boom attached.
The headset weighs 285 g, and its swiveling earcups fold flat for packing. Built-in storage also gives the wireless dongle a place to travel with it.

Up to 50 hours with noise cancellation on
Razer rates battery life at up to 50 hours with active noise cancellation (ANC) enabled, or up to 70 hours with ANC off. The distinction matters if you expect to leave noise cancellation running throughout your gaming and listening time. Charging uses USB-C.
Virtual surround needs a Windows setup
THX Spatial Audio+ provides 7.1.4 virtual surround only with Razer Synapse 4 installed on 64-bit Windows 11 or later. Those channel numbers describe virtual surround, not separate physical drivers inside the headset, and the feature is limited to that Windows setup.
