Snackgirls editorial note
Nea: The champion decks dating back to 2003 and the new trophy sound like the stops worth checking first.
Yu-Gi-Oh! WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 reaches well beyond the tournament floor. Konami lists the competition in Ariake from August 28 to 30, while GAME Watch’s August 29 photo report covers the commemorative event spread around Tokyo Garden Theater and Ariake Garden.
A WCS event open beyond the spectator area
The related event runs from August 25 to 30 around Tokyo Garden Theater and Ariake Garden. Visitors can enjoy its public areas without holding a tournament spectator ticket, making it possible to plan a separate stop even without attending the matches.
This coverage adds a look at the wider on-site program often left outside match-focused WCS reports. Merchandise, special exhibitions, an on-site duel campaign, a stamp rally, and an original food menu give visitors several reasons to explore the area.

Merchandise and the third-floor exhibition
The busy merchandise area carries event-limited items alongside existing official goods. The selection includes products featuring the event visuals for Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl, as well as posters, acrylic plates, folding fans, clear files, and key holders.
A special exhibition on the third floor presents first-look Crocs collaboration items and ART EXPANSION pieces. Made-to-order apparel and supply sets are also displayed, so visitors can decide in advance whether to prioritize shopping or spend more time with the exhibits.

Start with the limited WCS History dates
WCS History is open at Ariake Garden Gallery only on August 29 and 30. It displays winning decks from the history of Yu-Gi-Oh! WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP since 2003, making this time-limited area a practical first stop for a short visit.
The exhibition also presents the 2026 trophy, designed like a stone tablet with the Millennium Puzzle at its center. Signature monsters including Blue-Eyes and Dark Magician appear in the design, and the winner card Moonlight at Dawn is displayed nearby.

Duel space and the August 30 finals
Visitors who duel in the on-site duel space can receive a promotion pack through the event campaign. The merchandise area, third-floor display, WCS History exhibition, and duel space can be combined according to available time, with the stamp rally and original food menu as additional stops.
The next scheduled focus is the main finals on August 30 at Tokyo Garden Theater. A final-day visit can also include the related event and the last day of the WCS History exhibition at Ariake Garden Gallery.
