Resident Evil 2 Deluxe Edition, Resident Evil 3, and Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition will launch for Nintendo Switch 2 on October 16, 2026. All three arrive digitally on the same day; Nintendo’s announcement does not outline a physical-release plan.

The collection pairs Resident Evil 3 with the Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil 2 and the Gold Edition of Resident Evil 4. The latter two include additional content from their original releases.

The launch discount continues into November
Preorders opened following the Nintendo Direct. Nintendo says its limited-time early-adopter discount will remain available through November 7, giving players several weeks after launch to use the offer.
