Pokémon announced on September 10 that its Mewtwo promo card offer will begin on October 2, 2026. The card comes with a qualifying purchase of US$15 or more in Pokémon TCG products, but the announcement covers participating retailers only in the United States, Canada, and Oceania.
Two anniversary logos share the Mewtwo card
The special Mewtwo card carries both the Pokémon 30 logo and the What’s Your Favorite? logo. The promotion also includes a separate QR-code card that directs fans to the official Pokémon Night Out experience.
Where the promotion is available
The participating US retailers are GameStop, Best Buy, Hot Topic, Five Below, Barnes & Noble, Macy’s, and BoxLunch. EB Games is the listed retailer in Canada. In Oceania, the list includes EB Games Australia, JB Hi-Fi, BIG W, Toymate, and Mr Toys.
The gift-with-purchase offer is available both in stores and online at participating retailers while supplies last.
The September set launch is a separate date
Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration launches worldwide in participating markets on September 16. That release is separate from the region-limited Mewtwo promotion beginning October 2. Distribution in South Korea, Japan, and Europe was not announced.
