A Gundam display can now include the people beside the mobile suits—at least in prototype form. At the September 26 Megahobby EXPO2026 exhibition, MegaHouse and Hakoniwa Giken showed full-color RMS character mini figures in scales matched to Gunpla.

Two Gundam lineups, two sizes
The collection covers the original Mobile Suit Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED in both 1/100 and 1/144 scales. HOBBY Watch’s photos place the SEED figures side by side, with 1/100 on the left and 1/144 on the right. These 3D-printed figures are characters for a model display, not Gunpla kits themselves.
How they look beside Gunpla
The exhibition also included original Gundam figures, prototype packaging and examples displayed alongside Gunpla. Those samples show the idea behind the collection; the report does not establish a release date or purchase terms.
