SNACK: 3-line summary
- BANDAI SPIRITS has unveiled the white-finished Rising Freedom Gundam Radiance Grandeur in its METAL ROBOT SPIRITS line.
- It will be sold first at GUNDAM-Con2027 SIDE MAKUHARI, followed by post-event online orders for later delivery.

Rising Freedom Gundam Radiance Grandeur pairs a white finish with a broad, wing-like rear silhouette. BANDAI SPIRITS announced the METAL ROBOT SPIRITS <SIDE MS> figure on October 2, 2026, with world-first advance sales planned for GUNDAM-Con2027 SIDE MAKUHARI.

Kirari: I’d love to photograph that white silhouette against a dark backdrop. Those broad wings would make such a good outline to frame.
Nea: I’m curious about where this machine fits into SEED FREEDOM MSV. When the setting details arrive, I’d like to sit down and read its story.
SEED MSV returns with a mysterious machine
Radiance Grandeur comes from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM MSV, which the official announcement presents as the return of SEED MSV after 20 years. The product photos reveal its appearance, but the machine’s full details remain under wraps. More information will be released through various media.
Die-cast parts in a finished, articulated model
This is a finished figure rather than a build-it-yourself Gunpla kit. It combines die-cast parts, complex paintwork and weapon-deployment gimmicks in an approximately 140 mm-tall model made from ABS, die-cast metal and PVC.
Accessories include a beam rifle, two beam saber blades, a shield, two beam shields and a dedicated display stand. The product is intended for ages 15 and up.
The Japanese tax-inclusive price is ¥26,400, with release planned for January 2027.
Venue sales first, online orders afterward
GUNDAM-Con2027 SIDE MAKUHARI takes place January 9–11, 2027, at Makuhari Messe Halls 1–3 in Chiba, Japan. If you plan to buy at the venue, admission is paid and uses an advance lottery with timed entry. An admission ticket does not guarantee product availability.
There will also be a chance to order after the event through Premium Bandai and other channels, with delivery to follow later. Those orders are not open yet; ordering dates and delivery details will be announced later.
