Streaming and extra outputs distinguish the PMX112
Both systems support Bluetooth playback from a phone. The SC-PMX112 also has dual-band Wi-Fi, Spotify Connect and internet radio, giving it network listening options alongside that Bluetooth connection.
The PMX112 includes outputs for wired headphones and a subwoofer. The SC-PM302 has neither, so those connections matter if you want to listen through headphones or add a subwoofer later.
USB and wired sources work with either model
Both models play music files from USB and include optical and line inputs for connecting other devices. A remote comes with each system, so choosing the smaller PM302 still leaves several ways to play music beyond CDs and Bluetooth.
Check the space and local availability
What Hi-Fi?’s 1 October report gives an October 2026 UK shipping window for both systems. An exact release day and launches in Korea or Japan remain unconfirmed.
Decide which sources and outputs you need, then check space for the main unit and speakers. Before considering an import, also check local sales and support.
