Six pairs dressed to match
The collaboration illustrations pair six Apothecary Diaries characters with Sanrio partners in matching Chinese-style costumes. Maomao and Hello Kitty are shown preparing medicine together, while Jinshi carries Cinnamoroll on his arm.
The other pairings are Gaoshun with Tuxedosam, Gyokuyou with My Melody, Xiaolan with Pompompurin, and Shisui with Pochacco. The lineup includes both full-size character artwork and chibi versions.
Full-size artwork or swaying chibi stands
The full-size character acrylic stands come in six designs at ¥1,980 each. The chibi swaying acrylic stands also have six designs, priced at ¥1,100 each. Both prices include tax and are for one stand.

Badges, cards and umbrella markers come as complete sets
The full-size can badge complete set contains six designs and costs ¥3,300. The acrylic card complete set is ¥4,140, while the chibi umbrella marker complete set is ¥4,620. These tax-inclusive prices are for complete sets, not individual badges, cards or markers.
The cards and umbrella markers each come in a six-pack box containing all six designs. The acrylic cards measure 70 × 90 mm; the umbrella markers are ring charms that attach to an umbrella handle and have plain white backs.
Cards and markers are scheduled to arrive in January
The announced reservation deadline is October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Japan time, with release planned for December 2026. The acrylic card and umbrella marker product pages separately list delivery for early January 2027.
Reservations may close early depending on stock or sales, so check each product page for current order acceptance. Payment is taken when an order is placed, and cancellations are not accepted after the reservation window closes.
Items with different release dates ship together once everything is ready. If you want earlier items sent first, the store advises placing separate orders by release date.
