Forza Horizon 6 is coming to PS5 on January 26, 2027, and Xbox and Steam players can carry their progress over through cross-save. The official PS5 trailer offers a look at the game running on a base PS5.

The trailer footage was captured in Quality mode at 4K and 30fps. A 60fps Performance mode is also available.
Panic Button developed the PS5 version in close collaboration with Playground Games and Turn 10.
Race together and share EventLab creations
Cross-platform play lets PS5 players race with players on Xbox and Steam.
User-generated content is cross-platform too, including EventLab creations, races, liveries and tuning setups.
Premium starts five days early, alongside the first expansion
Standard and Deluxe editions launch on PS5 on January 26, 2027. Premium Edition early access begins on January 21, five days earlier.
The first Premium Expansion also launches on January 21, 2027, across all platforms. It is included with the Premium Edition, Premium Upgrade and Expansions Bundle, and will also be sold separately. The Premium Upgrade requires a separately owned base game.
A free content update is planned alongside the PS5 launch and expansion, with details to follow.
The preorder Ferrari arrives after the prologue
Preorders are open. A PS5 disc version will also be available at participating retailers.
Preordering any edition through the PlayStation Store grants a pre-tuned Ferrari J50 once you start the game and complete the prologue.
