Genshin Impact Version 7.2, “Hour of Ruin,” arrives on November 4 with an Archon Quest that brings representatives from all seven Teyvat nations to Snezhnaya. The update also opens a new area in eastern Snezhnaya, adding another stretch of the nation to explore.
Seven nations answer the Tsaritsa’s call
The Tsaritsa calls the nations’ representatives together to confront a looming calamity. Players join the Archons, Neuvillette and other allies in the new quest.
The eastern expansion adds to the Snezhnaya introduced in Version 7.0. Among its new destinations is underground Novokitezhgrad, reached by rail.

Nea: I’m hoping the gathering gives the representatives room to talk. I’d love to see which older story threads surface when they’re all in one place.
Mitya gives Superconduct a new form
Mitya, a new five-star Electro catalyst user, converts Superconduct into Stellar-Conduct. Joining him is Valeriy, a four-star Electro sword user who provides shields and Electro-focused support.
560 Primogems depend on finishing the quest in time
Completing the Archon Quest within the designated period grants 560 Primogems and Mitya ascension materials. No exact deadline has been announced.
A limited-time event can be unlocked through its quest or Quick Start. Its objectives award Primogems, materials and a choice of one four-star character from the event’s selection.
There is also a Snezhnaya Wind Glider to earn through Secret Tsarist Assignments.
