HOBBY STOCK’s Alice in Wonderland pop-up for There’s No Freaking Way I’ll Be Your Lover! Unless… (Watanare) opened in Tokyo and Osaka on October 23, 2026, with online orders starting the same day. Renako’s blue frilled dress sets the tone for an advance-sale collection that carries the five characters’ storybook-themed outfits onto desk displays and stationery.

Snackgirls react

Kirari: I’d make Renako’s blue frills the focus of a desk photo—full skirt in the shot, please.

Nea: I’d start with the group display. Kaho’s striped tail makes me want to linger over how each costume plays with the Alice theme.

All five together, flat or freestanding

The rubber mat lines up Renako, Mai, Ajisai, Satsuki and Kaho among roses, playing cards and clock motifs. Measuring approximately 350 × 600 mm and made from polyester and natural rubber, it costs ¥3,850. All prices in this article include tax.

The background acrylic stand turns the same five poses into a freestanding group display, with pink roses and playing cards behind them. It also costs ¥3,850, and its background measures approximately 90 × 160 mm. The component sheet and assembled scene pictured together show the same product before and after assembly.

A small crown, rabbit ears and a striped tail

The individual acrylic stands come in five character variants at ¥1,650 each. Their dimensions are approximately 138 mm tall by 67 mm wide, varying by character.

Mai wears a small crown with a white blouse and black skirt, while Ajisai pairs rabbit ears with a mustard-colored skirt and a clock. Satsuki’s outfit has dark long sleeves; Kaho wears a purple-and-black cat costume with a striped tail. The full-body illustrations leave those costume details in view.

Portrait boards or an A4 file

The mini shikishi illustration boards use character portraits, with five designs priced at ¥660 each. At approximately 135 × 120 mm, they offer a compact way to display the artwork.

The clear files are sized for A4 sheets and cost ¥495 each, also across five character designs. The paired images show the front and back of each file—not ten separate variants.

Visit through November 8—or check the online bonus rules

Both physical pop-ups run through November 8, 2026, and admission is free. All times below are Japan Standard Time.

  • Tokyo: Volks Akihabara Hobby Tengoku 2, 6F. Open weekdays 11:00–19:00 and weekends and public holidays 10:00–19:00.
  • Osaka: Volks Osaka Showroom, 1F. Open 11:00–20:00.
  • Online: HOBBY STOCK WEB Shop orders opened at noon on October 23 and close at 23:59 on November 8.

At the physical shops, every ¥2,000 spent on eligible items earns one prize-draw entry. Prize A is an A4 visual acrylic plate in one design, B is a big acrylic stand in five designs, and C is a randomly distributed illustration card from ten designs.

A or B winners also receive one C card. Physical-store B winners can choose from the remaining designs on a first-come basis; online B prizes are random.

Online, only products with “イベント特典対象商品” (event-bonus eligible) in their names qualify. Put eligible items in one order: one bonus is enclosed for every ¥2,000 in eligible merchandise included in a single shipment, excluding shipping charges. Non-eligible items and preorder items cannot be ordered or shipped together with them.

Online prize results are announced through the bonus enclosed with the goods. For bank-transfer prepayment, payment must be received by noon on November 16 to qualify; that payment deadline does not extend the November 8 order cutoff.

The same merchandise is offered at both stores and online, but merchandise and bonus stocks differ by outlet. Bonuses end when supplies run out. A general sale of the merchandise is planned after the event, with details to follow.
