Chopper Chopper Chopper: ONE PIECE’s Shibuya party is free to enter—but by lottery

ONE PIECE’s Tony Tony Chopper is getting a two-day party in Shibuya. Chopper Chopper Chopper runs December 5–6, 2026, with free admission—but not walk-in entry. Applications for the advance time-slot lottery are open in the ONE PIECE BASE app until November 11 at 11:59 p.m. JST.

Manga, anime and live-action Chopper come together

The exhibition will bring together Chopper’s manga, anime and live-action appearances, alongside the mini anime CHOPPER’s. A special greeting and themed drinks and food are also planned.

The party will round off what the organizers call “Chopper Year.” CHOPPER’s began its TV run in January 2026, followed by Chopper’s worldwide live-action debut in Netflix’s ONE PIECE in March.

Stage day or exhibition day?

December 5, or DAY1, centers on stage events. The exhibits may be difficult or impossible to view that day—an important limitation if the displays are your main reason to visit. December 6, DAY2, is listed for exhibitions and food, without the special stage program.

DAY1 stage viewing is allocated by lottery across four stage categories. Applicants can select up to four preferences; this does not guarantee admission to four stages. Winning a stage slot also grants entry to the DAY1 venue.

The special talk show is planned for a live broadcast on the official ONE PIECE YouTube channel. The quiz stage will not be streamed.

Apply through ONE PIECE BASE

Applications opened on October 30 at noon. Results are scheduled for November 13, though the announcement date may change.

Apply through the special page inside ONE PIECE BASE. A ONE PIECE BASE CREW account and a Bandai Namco ID are both required; registration is free. Each person is limited to one account, or one ID.

At the venue, show staff the entry ticket screen inside the app. Anyone bringing a child under 16 must preregister them as a companion through the account of an applicant aged 16 or older. Winning entry rights cannot be resold or transferred, and transferred rights will not be accepted for admission.

December 5–6 at MIYASHITA PARK

The venue is Park in Park, on the first floor of MIYASHITA PARK South, at 6-20-10 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Toei Animation is organizing the event.

Opening hours are 10 a.m.–7 p.m. JST on both days. Closing time may shift depending on how the program progresses.
