SNACK: 3-line summary
- Three new LEGO Batman sets have been revealed: The Joker Wall Art Comic Cover and two Batmobile sets.
- The Joker becomes a layered display piece, while the cars feature a Batmissile transformation and working suspension.
- LEGO’s US listings schedule all three for January 1, 2027; Korean release details remain unconfirmed.
LEGO’s new Joker wall art lifts the villain’s eyes and exaggerated lips off the surface, giving the comic-book portrait real depth. Two new Batmobile sets join the reveal, each with moving parts to explore.

Snackgirls react
Kirari: I’d want to see the Joker from the side. The layers around his eyes and mouth make me curious about how the expression changes with the angle.
Red: I’d try the Batmissile transformation first. Then I’d put the Arkham car’s suspension through its paces—moving parts are hard to leave alone.
A comic cover with details hidden in the layers
The Joker Wall Art Comic Cover (67012) recreates the cover of Detective Comics #880 from 2011. Look deeper into the design and there are Batarangs, swords, flowers and “Ha, ha, ha, ha” lettering worked into the layers.
The 1,849-piece set is intended for ages 18 and up. At about 51 cm high, 38 cm wide and 5 cm deep, the finished portrait can hang on a wall or stand on a shelf.

Batman Returns brings back the Batmissile and the Duck
Batman Returns Batmobile & Duck (67008) draws on the 1992 film, pairing a roughly 20 cm-long Batmobile with the Penguin’s Duck vehicle. The Batmobile transforms into the slim Batmissile, while the Duck has opening wing doors and movable wings and head.
Batman and Penguin minifigures are included, so both vehicles have their drivers. This is a 672-piece set for ages 9 and up.

The Arkham Batmobile puts its suspension to work
Arkham Batman Batmobile (67009) is the smaller build at 317 pieces, also for ages 9 and up. Its roughly 16 cm-long armored car has working suspension, a cockpit for the included Batman minifigure and a removable rear panel that reveals a storage compartment.
All three sets are scheduled for January 1, 2027 according to LEGO’s US listings. A Korean launch date has not been confirmed.
