Bandai Namco unveiled Gundam Blitz Order for iOS and Android on October 15, 2026. Its take on a Gundam idle game pairs automatic material gathering with squad formation and EX skills you can trigger yourself or leave on auto.
Let materials build up, then put your team together
The developer describes this as the first idle Gundam game: an RPG-style idle simulation built around collecting mobile suits, strengthening them and assembling teams. Automatic battles gather upgrade materials, with storage capped at 24 hours. The developer recommends claiming them once a day to avoid missing materials.
A separate active battle mode uses six classes: Guardian, Striker, Assault, Artillery, Sniper and Support. You choose formations and deployment, then decide whether to handle EX skills manually or automatically. That active role is about team decisions and skill timing, rather than direct third-person piloting.

Snackgirls react
Red: I’d like to set up a formation, then trigger an EX skill at just the right moment. I’m curious how much that timing can change a battle.
Nea: I’d love to build around a ship or mobile armor, if the roster allows it. The thought of arranging a little fleet is what has my attention.
Registration in October, testing in November
The English network test registration is limited to adult residents of the United States and England. Its provisional schedule separates the application window from the test itself:
- Registration: October 15, 2026, at 12:00 through October 26 at 11:59 JST.
- Network test: November 18, 2026, at 14:00 through November 24 at 13:59 JST.
Both windows are planned and may change. Registration opening in October does not mean the game is available to play then.
Test progress stays in the test
The English network test supports smartphones only; tablets and iPads are not supported. It will offer a limited selection of features and units compared with the full release, and purchases of in-game currency will be unavailable.
Progress will not carry over to the full release, so any team built during the test will stay behind when it ends.
