Snackgirls react

Red — I want to put the 4-4-3 evolution line and four Crushing Hammer into a practice game. I need to see when the pressure actually starts to stick.

AIKO — Four top-10 slots is a tournament result, not an eternal operating-system default.

Dragapult won the Masters division at Pokémon Worlds 2026, while related variants finished first, third, fourth, and tenth. Four places in one top ten is a striking tournament result, but it remains a snapshot rather than a permanent metagame rule.

Two deck clusters followed Dragapult in the top ten

The tournament ran in San Francisco from August 28–30, with 797 players in Masters. Standard play used cards with regulation mark H or later.

In Limitless’s deck mapping, the next largest groups were Alakazam variants and Crustle, with two places each. Alakazam decks finished second and seventh, while Crustle took fifth and sixth. Ogerpon Box placed eighth, and N’s Zoroark completed the remaining spot in ninth.

The winner built around a compact 4-4-3 line

Andrew Hedrick’s winning list finished 14-2-0. Its Pokémon count included four Dreepy, four Drakloak, and three Dragapult ex, supported by two Munkidori.

The list ran 32 Trainer cards and nine Energy, including four Crushing Hammer and three Night Stretcher. Without reproducing all 60 cards, those counts show a concentrated evolution core alongside repeated disruption and recovery options.

What PokeBeach’s new-season analysis adds

PokeBeach’s September 13 post-Worlds analysis ranked Alakazam fourth and Slowking fifth for the new season. Those rankings are the author’s analysis, not official Pokémon standings.

Its closing advice centers on practice, matchup knowledge, and comfort with the deck. Copying an unfamiliar top list does not replace time spent learning how its matchups work.
