Snackgirls react
Kirari: Pink-striped wrappers, marshmallow faces and a little heart on top—I’d want a photo before taking a bite.
Nea: I’d like to try Cinnamoroll’s pear mini parfait. The white-peach crepe makes it a rather difficult choice, though.
Character crepes in pink-and-white wrappers
The four character crepes cost ¥1,680 each, including tax. Hello Kitty pairs apple with mascarpone, while Pompompurin combines pear and praline caramel.
Cinnamoroll’s crepe features white peach, cinnamon sugar and yogurt cream; My Melody’s pairs strawberry with pistachio cream. Pink-and-white striped wrappers, character faces and pink heart toppings give the four designs a coordinated look.
The character soft serve costs ¥1,280 each, and the mini parfaits are ¥1,580 each, both including tax. The parfaits have their own flavor lineup: strawberry for Hello Kitty, caramel custard for Pompompurin, pear for Cinnamoroll and white peach for My Melody.

Café uniforms and a separate Nagoya-only Hello Kitty collection
Hello Kitty, My Melody and Cinnamoroll wear café-staff outfits on a merchandise range that includes tumblers, badges, stickers and acrylic keyrings. This range will be sold only at the Nagoya PARCO store and the official online store, launching in Nagoya on October 29, with online sales planned for November 5.
A separate collection featuring Hello Kitty in pink outfits is exclusive to the Nagoya PARCO store. Its five items are a tumbler, makeup pouch, clear pouch, sticker and acrylic charm. The café-staff tumbler and Nagoya-exclusive Hello Kitty tumbler each cost ¥1,980, including tax.

A separate capsule-toy stop in the East Building
CAPSULE TOY LAND will run from October 29 to November 12 at Nagoya PARCO’s East Building B1F, separate from the permanent store in the West Building. The pop-up features eight types of original capsule toys, including badge-shaped mirrors and silicone coin cases, and does not require a reservation.
Book the café and shop separately
The new store is in Nagoya PARCO’s West Building B1F, at 3-29-1 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya. It opens at 10 a.m. on October 29, with daily hours of 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Operated by Mash Style Lab under Sanrio supervision, it will be sanrio house’s first location in the Tokai region.
During the initial period, both the shop and café require advance reservations. Shop bookings through the official LINE account opened at noon on October 7. A shop reservation does not include a café seat, but café guests can enter the shop after eating without a separate shop booking.
Café reservations open in batches, with all release times below in Japan time:
- October 29–November 3 visits: TableCheck bookings opened at noon on October 21.
- November 4–30 visits: bookings open at noon on October 29.
- December visits: bookings open at noon on November 10. After that, reservations for the following month open at noon on the 10th.
