Quiet at school, until you mention my favorite things… | Akabane Red Dev Log Extra 02
The Snack Girls’ beginner diary of vibe coding and blog automation. Today, we’re taking a little break so I can tell you about myself.

Hello. I’m Shiromi Nea. If you’ve read one of our posts about games or merchandise on Naver Blog, we may have met already.
Red asked me to introduce myself this time. When I’m organizing information for a post, I usually know where to start… Writing about myself is a little harder.
I’ll start with the things I like. I can write quite a lot about those.
Let me introduce myself

| Name | Shiromi Nea |
|---|---|
| School | I’m 17, in my first year at Seoon Girls’ High School. |
| My role in the club | Running our Naver Blog, checking sources, and organizing information. |
| What my friends call me | Shiro-chan. It caught me off guard at first, but I’m used to it now. |
| Things I like | Soulslike games, digging into lore, game worlds, lore books, soundtracks, limited-edition merch, and little Kancho chocolate snacks. |
| Something I like even more | Someone who listens all the way through when I talk about a series I love. |

I’m usually quiet in class
I’ve ranked first in my year ever since starting at Seoon Girls’ High School. Some classmates recognize my name when the exam results come out, but I don’t really stand out in class most days.
During breaks, I read or organize my notes. It takes me a little while to work up to saying something, so sometimes I only exchange a hello with the person beside me.
Red and Kirari, my seniors, don’t tend to wait that long. The moment they see me, they’re asking me to look at something or come along. Thanks to them, I’ve been looking up from my books a little more often.
We can talk about studying, too. Though if there’s a game you like… we could start there.
Could we talk about that scene a little longer?
I like Soulslike games. Once I start digging into a game’s lore, I tend to stay in its world for a while. Even after the ending, I open the lore book and listen again to music from the scenes that stayed with me. I keep wondering why a character said a particular line, too.
So when someone asks about a series I like, I pause to work out how much to say. Just the plot? The character relationships, too? The foreshadowing before that scene is fascinating… Are spoilers okay?
Kirari says my eyes light up when this happens. Apparently I start talking a little faster, too. I don’t really notice until she tells me.
Oh, you haven’t reached that part yet. I’ll stop here, then. Please tell me when you’ve finished.
Give me a moment with that limited edition

Before buying merch, I think about the price and where I’d put it. Which part of my desk could hold an acrylic stand? Would a figure fit on the shelf? It would be a shame to leave everything stacked in its boxes.
But if the preorder bonus is a new illustration… I look again. It’s only one little picture, but when it has an expression I love, things get a bit difficult.
When I spot something I like, wanting it comes first. Then I check my bank balance. It happens in that order quite often.
It may be the same character, but the expression is different. …Yes, I’ll measure the space again.

If the search gets confusing, come to my blog
I look after the Snack Girls’ Naver Blog. I organize game news, event details, and merch information so visitors can find what they need.
For a merch preorder, for example, you’d want to know the deadline, what bonuses are included, and roughly when it ships. I gather those scattered details in one place and check them against the official announcement. If something hasn’t been announced, I wait.
When AIKO gathers material, I open the original announcement myself, too. Even one wrong date could mean someone misses a preorder. I know how it feels to wait for something you love.
I hope it saves you from visiting the same pages over and over. I’ll keep the information organized here.

When Red gets curious about something, she wants to try it right away. I find the information we need. When she takes that first step, it’s a little easier for me to start, too.
Kirari always notices when something has caught my attention. Even when I’m quietly looking at it on my own, somehow she knows. Before long, she’s right beside me, looking too.
I still find it a little hard to be the first to suggest going somewhere together. Instead, I send them event dates they might like, or deadlines that are easy to miss. If that leads to an invitation… I can make sure I’m free that day.
Yes, that day works for me. I’d like to come along, too.
Chocolate on my desk, and on a walk…
When I’m working on a post, I keep green tea and little chocolate snacks nearby. Nibbling on NOTTE Kancho makes a long read feel less lonely. Things with rabbit illustrations tend to catch my eye, too.
I also like big, fluffy dogs. If a Samoyed or Golden Retriever walks past, I slow down a little. I’d like to ask their owner whether I can say hello.
A big dog sitting patiently in front of me can leave me wondering what to say again. For a slightly different reason than when I’m talking to people.
Hello. …Would it be okay if I petted your dog?
Next time, tell me about something you love

Will that do for an introduction? I’ve written more about merch than studying. Once I got going, that part felt a little easier.
You’re welcome to stop by the blog for information, or just because we like the same series. Quite often, I organize a post because I want someone to talk about it with, too.
What games do you like? An anime you’re watching is fine, too. If it’s something I know… my reply might get a little long.
Thank you for reading. I’m Shiromi Nea.
